| In 1982 Marco Ramos came to Seattle, Washington from Mexico City to work for his cousin Pepe Ramos and Pepe's brothers in their family restaurant. Marco began as a dishwasher and speedily learned the challenging trade of owning and operating a successful restaurant business. In 1997 Marco Ramos started his own enterprise with a little restaurant in Yreka, California called Casa Ramos.
